Harry Potter really doesn't need an introduction. I'm obsessed with the books and movies and have been looking for an excuse to make Harry Potter cookies for ages; I found it with my friend (and fellow HP aficionado) Heather's birthday. Let me just say two things: a) Gryffindor colors are not easy to create, and b) I can't wait to make these again...and maybe mix in my house, Ravenclaw.
