Chocolate cupcakes from a cake mix
This recipe is from
My Baking Addiction
. It's perfect for when you need to bake something quickly and don't have time/want to make cake from scratch.
I always try to use the
Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devil's Food cake mix
. It's nice and light and this, along with the espresso granules, creates a perfect chocolate base for all kinds of frosting.
Don't feel guilty for using a cake mix as your base! So many bakers do (you'd be surprised).
