I am obsessed with cannoli. There's something about the combination of the fried shell with creamy filling and chocolate chips that is so special -- it's the dessert I ordered whenever I can.
I don't make cannoli, but I do make cupcakes, and I have to say, these may be my favorite flavor yet.
